What do CLS, DWPS, RPI and the weekly report scores mean?

CLS (Combined Local Strength) sums up your local strength on Google Maps as a single 0–100 score. It has two parts: DWPS weights your rank at each map point by distance to your business (visibility), and RPI measures the strength of your review count and rating. On the geo-grid map, green = strong, blue = mid, purple = weak. The weekly report also shows your keyword rankings, week-over-week change, top competitors, counts of good/bad and awaiting-reply reviews, and a location ranking heatmap.

Can I delete negative reviews?

No tool can delete Google reviews; anyone promising that is misleading you. reytingim alerts you instantly and suggests a professional AI reply — a well-answered negative review builds trust.
