Refund and Cancellation
The cancellation, withdrawal, and refund terms for Reytingim subscriptions are explained below. These terms form an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; the period is not renewed afterwards and no new charge is taken.
Right of withdrawal
As a rule, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date the agreement is concluded. However, for digital services performed instantly in electronic form and whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent, the right of withdrawal may not be available under the legislation. Starting to use the service means performance has begun.
Refund conditions
- Where the right of withdrawal applies and for service/credits not yet used, the amount paid is refunded.
- No refund is made for used credits and services whose performance is complete.
- For mid-period cancellations, a refund for the unused portion is not mandatory; discretion is reserved.
Failed scan refund
For scans that cannot be completed due to a technical error or a reason attributable to us, the credits spent are automatically refunded to your account. Situations arising from temporary outages at third-party data sources are assessed and may result in a credit refund.
Refund process and timing
Refund requests can be sent to [İLETİŞİM E-POSTA]. Approved monetary refunds are made to the original payment method within the legal period (as a rule, no later than 14 days). Credit refunds are reflected in your account shortly after the relevant transaction.
