Terms of Service

The service

Reytingim is a SaaS platform offering local rank tracking (geo-grid), review management, competitor analysis, and content suggestions. Data accuracy depends on third-party sources (e.g. Google).

Account and responsibilities

• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You will notify us promptly if you detect unauthorized access.

Credits and payment

Scans and content generation are credit-based. Plan credits renew monthly and do not roll over. Billing is handled via Ruul.io; the payment link is sent by email. For cancellation and refund terms, see our Refund and Cancellation page.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the service unlawfully or in a way that infringes others' rights.
• Reverse engineering, automated abuse, or attempts to overload the system are prohibited.
• You should only track businesses you are authorized to manage.

Intellectual property

The software, design, and brand of the service belong to us. The data you generate and your business content belong to you.

Third-party data

Ranking and business data are obtained from Google and other sources; we cannot guarantee their continuity or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from changes in data sources.

Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes; continued use means you accept the current terms.

Governing law
